Returns policy

Changed your mind? No stress — we've got you covered.

7-day return window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this period.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of use.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
  • Items marked as "final sale" on the product page.

How to initiate a return

  1. Open your order in My account → Orders and tap Request return (available within 7 days of delivery).
  2. Select the items and reason, then submit your request. Our team will confirm pickup or drop-off instructions by email.
  3. Prefer email? Write to support@yaanstudio.com with your order number.

Refund process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet used during checkout via Razorpay).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges (if any were applied) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size on the same product? You can request an exchange from your order details within 7 days of delivery. We'll pick up your original item and ship the replacement once it's received and approved. Any price difference is adjusted on your original payment method.

Exchanges are available for size swaps on the same product only. For a different style or colour that isn't listed as a variant, please request a return and place a new order.
