How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities often receive orders on the faster end of that range. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this threshold will have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
How do returns work?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags. To start a return, email us at support@yaanstudio.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. See our full returns policy for details.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide for detailed measurements across all our categories. Each product page also includes specific fit notes and model stats to help you choose the right size.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is not available currently. We accept all major online payment methods including UPI, cards, and net banking through Razorpay.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not available at the moment. We currently deliver across India only. Follow us on social media for updates — we plan to expand soon.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@yaanstudio.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can initiate a return after delivery.
